Previously called 'Leafield Deer Management Services' we are a privately owned business, formed in 1995. After much deliberation we changed our name to Cervus-UK in spring 2005, to reflect the broader spectrum of hunting services that we are now able to offer. These include Professional Deer Management, Accompanied Deer Stalking, Foreign Hunting Trips & related products and services.

Our Deer Management objectives are to provide a discreet & reliable service to Farms, Estates & Forestry companies, protecting tree stocks, reducing farm crop damage, and where possible provide a valuable sporting financial contribution.

We try to maintain a healthy and well balanced deer population, which in number & damage caused is acceptable to farmer & forester alike. Within our business we have over 25 years experience of practical Deer Management.
